Now in its 8th year, the Earth Fest and Energy Expo showcases local green businesses and organizations in a venue that is itself a model of green energy, with geothermal heating and cooling and a 10 kw solar array. This year’s event is being held in conjunction with the season opening of the Rosendale Farmers’ Market, promoting the twin goals of sustainable energy and food production. Bring the whole family, because there’s even something for the kids: live raptors and reptiles, a petting zoo, crafts and activities.
Admission is free but donations are accepted.
