Description

The Project Finance Specialist manages project finance paperwork for all Real Goods Solar residential solar pv installations.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for being an expert on all processes associated with managing project finance paperwork for Real Goods Solar finance vendors, including learning current processes and incorporating new processes that emerge in an ever-changing environment
  • Completes, submits, and manages all phases of project finance paperwork milestones throughout the project life cycle
  • Communicates with Sales and Operations to ensure project finance paperwork milestones are met
  • Manages finance paperwork in Clean Power Finance Tool 2.0
  • Maintains Salesforce.com data
  • Other tasks as assigned

 
Essential Qualifications:

  • College educated
  • Mathematical aptitude and accuracy
  • Job related experience in document management and project administration
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, or equivalent
  • Can communicate effectively in both written and verbal English
  • Must be able to research and analyze problems and make independent decisions
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of generating a high volume of work with minimal errors
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Close attention to detail
  • Prompt response to customer needs
